CONDITIONS
Scott #7 - #703 are Fine to Very Fine. All mint singles #704 to date are F/VF, Never Hinged. Plate blocks #704-893 are becoming increasingly difficult to obtain unhinged. We will supply unhinged copies if available, otherwise lightly hinged copies will be sent. All plate blocks #894 to date are never hinged.

PRICES
All prices are net. Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Minimum order is $15.00. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT
Payment must accompany order. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
$4.00 shipping & handling will be added on all orders being shipped within the U.S., $8.00 for foreign shipments.
